1. About Our Courses and Events

  • PURE hosts events, workshops and training delivered by third-party Course Providers(“Course Providers”).

  • We do not usually create or guarantee workshop/course content or outcomes.

  • Any questions about the events/course itself should be directed to the Course Provider.

2. Using Course Materials

  • All course materials are the property of the Course Provider.

  • You may use the content for personal learning only.

  • Do not copy, share, or redistribute course content without permission.

3. Tickets & Access

  • Tickets grant access to the event as scheduled and described on Eventbrite/ticket platform.

  • Ticket holders are responsible for ensuring they attend at the correct date, time and time zone.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are subject to Eventbrite/platform policies and/or the Course Provider’s policies.

  • The course provider may offer a pro-rata refund or credit if the event is cancelled or access is denied through no fault of the attendee.

  • PURE is not liable for cancellations, rescheduling or technical issues caused by Course Providers.

5. Certificates & Outcomes

  • Certificates are not issues automatically for each workshop. If they are provided,  they come from the Course Provider unless we specify otherwise.

  • Completing a course does not guarantee employment, promotion, or skill mastery.

6. Liability

  • PURE are not responsible for:

    • Course content

    • Any loss, damage, or business impact from using the courses

    • Issues with third-party platforms

  • Our responsibility is limited to keeping our website working and giving you access to courses.

7. Privacy & Data

  • Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • By enrolling, you agree that relevant information may be shared with Course Providers for course administration. We request that highest standards of data handling are met, but PURE is not responsible for how Course Providers handle your data.

8. Links to Other Sites

  • Our website may link to external platforms. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales / UK].

  • Disputes should first be addressed with the Course Provider.

  • If the dispute involves us, we agree to try mediation before legal action.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.

  • Using the website after updates means you accept the new Terms.
